Kitchen Remodels Kitchen remodels are exciting, and with good reason. We spend much of our time in the kitchen, and when done right a kitchen remodel will make all the difference to the overall essence of your home. And ah…all the details to consider. If you don’t already know, we love the details! We know you have a lot of ideas, but we also know this project can be overwhelming. That is why we are here to help you get the most out of your remodel, helping you decide what to splurge on, what not to splurge on, and how exactly to allocate project costs. As we work with you through the design, we will get to know exactly what you need for your lifestyle. And at the end we will be with you to celebrate our success together. Red Accent Kitchen This North Tacoma kitchen was comprised of four separate rooms before the remodel. Our client now has the kitchen she always dreamed of! This bright bungalow kitchen features a red BlueStar range, maple and walnut wood inlay, and Alaska white granite countertops. Apple red accents make this space feel warm and welcoming. Mid Century Modern This kitchen remodel perfectly fits our client’s needs and style! Featuring custom orange subway tile, Pentel quartz counter tops, and porcelain tile flooring. Cozy A-Frame Kitchen This A-frame interior was a small and unique space to work with. Kable lights and espresso shaker cabinets give this open kitchen a modern rustic style. Bungalow Kitchen Plenty of windows and white cabinets contribute to the bright clean feeling of this small family kitchen. New Heart For This Home “Please give us counter space” This was the plea from our client. We transformed three small, divided, unfashionable spaces into a light, bright, two-cook kitchen twice the size of the original. Recessing a beam into the ceiling to open up the space was first on the list. The new design incorporated plenty of storage as well as counter space. Low-maintenance Cambria countertops, LED under- cabinet task lighting and lit glass upper cabinets help keep this kitchen bright on the grayest of days. Inviting colors found throughout which inspire welcoming feelings to everyone who spends time in this home’s new heart. Northend Four Square Kitchen A new kitchen that would stay true to the style of this 1903 home was much needed! A bedroom located in the original dining room was demolished. Rewiring and new plumbing were both needed to keep the traditional 9′ ceilings. Doorways were expanded to create an open floor concept. Inset shaker door cabinets, simple quartz countertops and an apron sink all helped keep the charm of this 1903 kitchen. Colorful Tiles When the homeowners bought this house, the kitchen wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t the fun bright space that they had in mind. They love their patio and outdoor living space and wanted the kitchen to flow from inside to out. They also wanted low maintenance. Quartz countertops were installed along with colorful, hand-painted tiles. Stained oak floors were added for warmth. Now they have the perfect space for entertaining family and guests and best of all – it fits their personality perfectly! Victorian This beautiful Victorian home, built in 1905, received a much-needed kitchen remodel. The homeowners wanted a kitchen worthy of entertaining that did not take away from the home’s turn of the century charm. By repurposing as much of the home’s original materials as possible, our team was able to breathe new life into this victorian home while preserving its classic style.
